POLICIES & PROCEDURES

 

Satisfactory completion

  • Participants who successfully registered with email confirmation upon payment, must attend the entire length of the online course and complete the email course evaluation. For in-person courses, sign-in, sign-out, and course evaluation must be completed and submitted onsite, in order for the participant to receive the certificate and continuing education credits.

Scope of practice

  • Content provided by IARET is only intended for participants within their regulatory scope of the license. Each individual is responsible for understanding one’s professional scope of practice.

Registration confirmation

  • Each participant will receive an email confirmation upon successful registration. Any individual who requires assistance must notify the team via the phone or email provided in the contact information section.

Cancellation policy

  • Any cancellation request must be submitted 14 days prior to the online and onsite course date, and the full amount of refund will be provided. Participants may reschedule their course at any time. Any registration that was not canceled or rescheduled by the course date will be forfeited.

Inclement weather

  • (For in-person course only) In case of inclement weather, participants will be notified at least 24 hours before the onsite course date. Participants will be allowed to switch their dates or get a full refund.

State approval

  • Each course under IARET does NOT go through the state approval in 2022 unless notified. If the participant wishes to receive continuing education credits for license renewal, IARET provides the state-specific documents within 10-14 business days.
